  I waited to order at the stall for over 10minutes. While the stall next to me serve 2 different customers. The staff would get on the intercom and say "just 1 minute". Awful service. I even asked an employee how much longer would I need to wait since I have been here waiting for 10 minutes. She said that someone will help me soon

  First of all this branch needs a lot of work and retrain all the staff .
  I work for sonic and I never ever had this worse services. Visiting this branch was a waste of my time. Little advices hopefully you take some action to fix this flaws asap.
  
  1. Customer Service is a key
  2. T.N.T. ( Today not Tomorrow )
  3. Check your ingredients on how to make the right slush floats and other ice cream mix.
  4. Know your sizes with your combo meal, if they want to up size it for 2$ more. Honesty is a good way to go.
  5. Always hand Customers a clean and none sticky drinks in there hands.
  6. It does not hurt to SMILE and say THANK YOU !
  
  Hopefully my third visit won't be another disappointment.

  Long wait. They obviously had a problem that day. I just wanted a cherry lime-ade really bad after a tiring work day. The lady who took my order seemed surprised that I just wanted a soda, and somewhere in the time it would take to order one soda, she thought I said two sodas. I tried to correct her but kept getting cut off. So what, I thought, I'll just tell them I only wanted one when I get to the window. Waiting now for some time, and zoning out because I was really tried from work, I noticed three cars behind me left while in line. I waited approximately 20-30min with only one car ahead for a soda. When I got to the window, I told the lady I just wanted one, and she looked at me as if this was a problem for her. She said she had to get the manager. So, after about a minute, the manager came to void the original transaction, I guess, and then left the cashier to finish with the rest. The manager said nothing about the wait, appeared to just not care about her business at all. Same with the Cashier. So, this place sucks. I would recommend to avoid this place if you can. I certainly will.
