  Absolutely miserable wait. We checked in and were told it would be a 35 minute wait. 1hour later we were TD we would be seated shortly. Word of advice to the management instruct your host/hostesses to be honest with the public about the wait. Had we been told it would be a 1 hour wait for a table we would have gone elsewhere.
  
  Horrid customer service. Doubt we will return
  
  The misery continued with inattentive service. But I suppose I shouldn't complain. The table next to us was seated 5 minuets after us and Boone came to take their drink order ( let alone their food order for over 30 minutes

  Very good concept! The pizzas are very tasty and they also have salads. You can choose your dough, sauces, toppings, etc We will go back! They have one dessert, but we did not order that!

  You just can't go wrong with The old Spaghetti Factory. Great place, great food, and awesome atmosphere. The staff here are really friendly. Plan ahead coming to this location. I have seen waits over an hour. Make a reservation and enjoy !!
